The Overview

Minimum purchase of 5 licenses/PCs

$290.00 per PC per year for 5-10 licenses (Scaling price range based on number of licenses purchased)

Includes:

ESET NOD32 Business Edition Anti-Virus with Remote Administration

Monthly PC Maintenance: ACS will log onto the licensed PC (with permission) and run proactive maintenance checks.

Check for Microsoft Updated & Virus Definitions

Verify that NOD32 is running and check activity logs

Perform MalWare scan

Remote Support *

PCs covered by the licenses using email, software and phone support

Troubleshooting assistance as needed by the end-client

*Remote support does not cover the following:

Network related problems or troubleshooting

Assistance with installing or troubleshooting 3rd party software

Problems that have been dertermined to the result of defective hardware
